About me:

I am Bianca Tas (37) and I am originally from the Netherlands but have lived with my husband in Northern Italy

since 3 years.

When I was single I never felt like cooking and I really did not like it, I had been in the kitchen for an hour and I could eat it alone. I thought that was really terrible! Probably because I and many others with me, associate food with cosiness. When I met my husband I said that I absolutely did not like cooking and practically never did and did not intend. Luckily he could cook well, but in the course of time I started to pick up cooking a bit, to the delight of my husband. Meanwhile I really developed a passion for cooking and I love to be in the kitchen, try out new recipes and am also a big fan of baking cakes and biscuits. Now that I live in Italy and we can not buy many Dutch or international products, I make a lot myself, such as spice mixes etc. I like experimenting with ingredients from different parts of the world.I love cooking so much and would like to share my recipes with you!
