Roasted Chickpeas

It is difficult to find a "healthy" snack,

You do not want to end up on the couch with chips every evening. These roasted chickpeas are delicious and healthy. You can make them to your own taste.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
  2. Wash the chickpeas and let them drain well.
  3. Put the chickpeas in a bowl and mix the oil and spices together.
  4. Place the mixture on the baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Roast them in the oven for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you can shake it and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes.

        Also delicious with Ras-El-Hanout spices, or

        garlic / paprika powder (1 teaspoon of each)

🕓 45 minutes - 1 portion

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun spices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • possibly a pinch of salt
